2. Method of payment
30% of the total amount must be paid by T / T when confirming the order.
70% of the total amount should be paid by T / T at sight before delivery.
3. Delivery and packing

4. Installation and commission
We will send a mechanical engineer and an electrical engineer to guide the installation of the machine and start (empty test).
After completing the machine's no-load test, the engineers will test the machine (loaded test) with the buyer's operator.
The buyer will be responsible for engineers' flight tickets, accommodation, insurance and other expenses. The allowance for each engineer abroad is $ 50 per person per day as of his arrival.
The buyer must ensure the engineer's food, business travel, accommodation, work environment and personal safety.
5. Quality guaranteee and scope of service
Inspection before shipping the machine:
The buyer could inspect the machine before shipping to the manufacturer's site.
Dimension of the machine, number of equipment, exterior finish and operating conditions should be checked.
Training
The vendor's engineers will provide comprehensive training during the installation of the machine and commissioning on the customer's site.
Guaranteed quality
Warranty period: within 12 months from the date of issue of the security bulletin or the acceptance report. The warranty on the motor and PLC for winder, binder and heat shrink is extended from 12 months to 18 months.
During the warranty period, if any problem arises in the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, the seller must send the parts to be changed free of charge, except the damage caused by the artificial sabotage.
If the problem can not be solved by changing the parts by mail, the engineers will be needed. In this case, the buyer must give detailed explanations to obtain the confirmation of the seller.
The seller will purchase the return air tickets from the engineer.
The buyer will be responsible for the accommodation of the engineers, the insurance and the daily allowance of 50 $.
