This cable duct extrusion line uses PLC and touch screen to control. Each cabinet controls the electrical parts of the extruder and the crawler. The cabinet controls temperature, line speed, screw speed, extruder current, meter counter, etc. It sends an alarm when it is overloaded. When to change the speed of this cable duct extrusion machine, the PLC will set the corresponding parameter automatically. In addition, three emergency stop switches are designed along the entire line (track, extruder and stand).
