Cette toronneuse à cadre rigide (RFS) combine un processus de toronnage de première classe domestique et avec les avantages des machines similaires domestiques et internationales. Elle est pratique avec une systeme de charger et décharger facile. La structure du cadre contribue à améliorer la rigidité de cette toronneuse rigide et à assurer sa vitesse de rotation élevée.
Par rapport à la transmission traditionnelle à boîte de vitesses, la chaîne rigide se caractérise par un bruit plus faible (70 dB (A)), une vitesse plus élevée (30 m / min), aucune fuite et sans entretien.
Characteristics
1. High rigidity
The cage and its flange are made of 25 and 45 mm steel sheets respectively. They are hardened and sanded to constrain stress and machined entirely by CNC for high strength. The design and machining of the cage makes it suitable for working at high rotational speeds.

3. The integrated position sensing system is designed to ensure the accuracy of the coil loading.
The integrated position detection system consists of a position sensor and a pneumatic unit. During loading / unloading, the sensor signal will be transmitted to the controller, which will send the command to the pneumatic position system and lock the cage. The pneumatic brake unit comes from a joint venture in China.
4. This rigid frame stranding machine is equipped with a constant voltage control system and intelligent braking system.
By following (ultrasound) the length of the wire wound on the spool, the length of the wire remaining on the spool will be detected and transmitted to the API. The controller will control the air inlet through a proportional valve and will make the tension of the wire constant. Two groups control the brake disc tension to ensure equal pressure on the disc. The pneumatic brake system is controlled by an intelligent braking system. In case of immediate stop of the machine, the speed signal of each cage will be transmitted to the PLC by the sensor. PLC will do the calculation automatically and will provide different braking forces to each cage by the proportional valve accordingly. The cages will then stop synchronously.
5. Converter control ensures loading successfully at the same time.
The trolley is controlled by converter, the operation is slow-fast-slow. This means that the truck starts slowly, moves quickly and slowly approaches the cage. It ensures stable, reliable and accurate operation of the truck.
6. This rigid frame stranding machine is equipped with a motorized cover.
The fully covered unit helps to ensure safe operation. The cover will open once the loading / unloading or shutdown of the production line.
Electrical control system
The synchronous control system for the power stranding machine is different from similar guidance systems from other manufacturers. It is easy to use by configuring all settings on the touch screen. A unique program and a data collection system ensure stable and reliable operation of the machine. The accuracy of the laying length is less than 3% in case of emergency stop and less than 1% in the event of a normal shutdown of the production line (PROFIBUS communication control).

Our rigid frame weaving machine is specially designed to make copper and aluminum conductors as well as high speed ACSR and excellent conductor surface for high voltage cables produced in continuous vulcanization.
