Line of Ribboning

This tape line is designed to apply a helical layer of   copper or aluminum wire over a cable core. The final product produced by this taping machine is mainly a low-voltage cable, used to connect the low-voltage consumer system by the electricity supplier, where the live conductor is the aluminum center conductor and the neutral conductor is the layer of wire. The final product can also be a medium voltage cable and the copper wires are the cable shielding.

Electrical control system

The synchronous control system for separate ribbon machine consists of a PLC and a touch screen. It is easy to use by configuring all settings on the touch screen. All process parameters can be collected. A unique program and a data collection system ensure that the cable wrapping line operates in a stable and reliable manner. The cabling length accuracy is less than 3% in case of emergency stop and less than 2% in case of normal line shutdown (PROFIBUS communication control).
